Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting takes place every September, two months after our Fiscal Year End. We invite all members of the public, members, funders and Board of Directors to attend either in person or online. A ZOOM meeting link and agenda with meeting specifics is distributed at least 2 weeks in advance of the meeting and if you have anything you’d like to add to the agenda, we ask that you notify us at least 1 week in advance so it can be added to the schedule. All meeting notes and reports are carefully reviewed and approved by our Board of Directors prior to distribution and we are very proud of our relaxed, friendly, and open meeting environment that welcomes all people, opinions, and views without judgement for the betterment of the performing arts community.
